Mushy center console buttons? (Sport, Comfort, Eco)

These never felt great IMO but suddenly "they" (it's kind of just one segmented piece really) have like 10% of the tactile feedback they once did. Anyone else come across this?

Well this is embarassing but on further review it seems some soda sloshed out of a straw hole and found its way down into the left side buttons. I need to disassemble to install the module for the M1/M2 retrofit anyway so I guess I'll clean it up while I'm in there.

I have the same issue but with my back button and other buttons somewhat by the dial/knob.
