Weird random horn issue
After a quick visit to the in-laws, the family get back in the car. I'm sitting in the driver's seat, switch car to drive mode and engage reverse, foot still on brake pedal. The wife is stood outside passenger side door just saying goodbye etc when the horn randomly beeps twice, two quick blasts.
The wife starts moaning at me for hurrying her along and being rude and impatient, and whilst doing so, 10 seconds or so later, it beeps again. Same two short beeps. Nothing on the dash (only warning being the passenger door open). Any idea what that's all about? Thanks in advance.

I used to get that when I reached puberty.
More seriously, are you 100% certain it was your car, and not next door? |

Yeah. Almost certain it was my car. It was parked nose into a two bay parking area enclosed by fences so was pretty loud as my window was open too to say goodbye. Car in other bay was inlaws and locked.

Thanks a lot. Good to know it was probably her fault. 😀
