No $1000 coupon after UDE event on October 17, 2020

I attended yesterday's UDE event on Anaheim Stadium in Orange County. They said we would get an email with the $1000 discount.
Well I just go the email but just saying thank you for attending and no discount whatsoever ?
Was hoping to use it towards an m340i

Did they stop doing this?

Maybe after you compete the survey? I'm attending a drive event in St. Pete in a few weeks and plan to order a new BMW in Dec, so I hope there is an incentive. Otherwise I will still be grateful for the track and instruction time.

They usually send them about 24 hours after attending. If you haven't gotten one, I'd reach out to BMW directly. They can confirm if one was even offered for that event or not.

Also, I will add that not all UDE events have OL codes this year. Apparently the western region events generally do not have any codes, whereas eastern definitely does.

So you might just be out of luck, if that's the case.

I didn't get one at the UDE @ MetLife stadium a couple months ago, and that was a full event on the east coast. I did get it at a BMW Track Day event at Monticello a couple weeks ago. They only work for cars on the lot, though, so that typically doesn't apply in my buying situations.

yea I remember when i was buying my 2015 one i attended the event and got the $1000 voucher the next day. I was living in NJ at the time, in Rutherford to be exact

but yea still no voucher, I phoned BMW and she really didn't know what I was saying but said someone will contact me let's see if someone will.

Someone did contact me just now, and yes he said BMW does not offer the $1000 voucher in the west coast wow what a bummer.

Not sure of the reason why this is so different for each event but I went to the event they had last week at Citifield in NYC and I got the $1000 coupon email a day later.

yea annoying i specifically said, I was living in NJ in 2015 and went to the event in rutherford, citifield parking lot, and the next day i got the voucher, i used it to lease my long-gone 2015 335, but no luck this time. east coast vs west coast i guess...

They are usually good through the end of the year and apply only to in stock vehicles. Sometimes the dealer can find a way around the in stock requirement but that depends on your dealer.

I now have two, well technically 4 with the Mrs. tagging along, that I likely won't use. Two different events (Citi Field UDE and BMW Track Days) and "offer valid on eligible new model year 2020 and 2021 vehicles in dealer stock delivered and retailed through January 4, 2021."

In both cases we got our identification codes via email as soon as we checked in at the event.
