That is odd. Mine is still "In transit". And per marinetraffic.com, the GLOVIS SOLOMIN is still moored at Dundalk, as you alluded to.

My CA is using yet another delay on my behalf with his BMW rep to hopefully get me another discount. I have an OL code from the Ultimate Driving Experience event I attended recently that usually only works for in-stock cars. But his rep asked him to get the OL code from me to see what he can do in terms of getting me more money off the car.
I called the hotline and confirmed that my vehicle was actually offloaded at Baltimore and is being processed at the vehicle distribution center. The truck is scheduled to set off on Saturday and my car should be at the dealer by Tuesday. But who knows, I've learnt not to trust any of the ETAs
Hmmm, really?! Maybe I'll give them a call tomorrow and see if I get the same response.
Yeah because I don't see the point of not offloading your vehicle at Baltimore. Hopefully it's good news for you as well!

For those on the rcc Europe and for the New Jersey port. I spoke with my dealer and they said it only got delayed to the 19th. Hopefully that’s right and stays that way. He said it could always be a day sooner or a day late as it’s more of an estimate until it gets closer. All depending on how long the boat takes at each port etc and for us with how it was just docked near Texas for a day so anything can happen. I personally feel it’ll be later then the 19th but can only hope!

I've found the updates aren't in real time... So I'm sure your car spent the same amount of time getting painted as all the others

I wish that the system was a bit more accurate but in the end I'm just glad that the system exists at all!

Yea, I think they are being optimistic, at best. Ha. But I hope I'm wrong!

I think we will be okay. If they sailed direct with no stops to port jersey it would only take 2-3 days. we still have 10 days. Even with the stops we should be able to make the target.

They should be heading that way soon. It looks like the hurricane is past where the ship is now.

Also keep in mind that when you look on the sites that track the boats, the positions are delayed up to 24 hours.

Example... the position of the Glovis RCC Europe is delayed 20 hours right now. So its probably half way to its next stop already.

Or maybe the position hasn't been updated in 20 hours because it's run aground or it suffered damaged from the hurricane!

Hopefully this whole time the vessel status shows “out of range” it’s been moving toward the next port, if not... it probably got destroyed by the hurricane :/

From my past experience tracking BMWs when I ordered them. The ships always go "off radar" on these free tracking websites. Im sure if someone had a subscription it would be visible.

I just made an account and did a free 7 day trial to see more better updates. Looks like you were right, the boat has been moving and pretty close to next port. It went around the hurricane it looks which made it take a little longer but oh well. This is good news! I’ll upload screenshots from my phone. It says the last update was 2 hours ago.

Yes!
Where else does it stop besides North Carolina before Jersey?

Based on prior schedules, it may also stop in Baltimore. And, given it's stop in Port Everglades, there may be non-BMW cargo onboard as well, so there may be other stops, too.

Well, there's some good news: RCC Europe is now departing Port Everglades and is heading to Brunswick. Good to see that there isn't an intermediate stop there. ETA is tomorrow at 2PM local time.

Looks like we might actually make the 19th in Port Jersey. Fingers crossed.

That makes sense, but wow they got moving quick to the next port that's what I like to see. I think the 19th is a reasonable expectation, I'm hoping maybe its even back to the original 18th date but we will see!

Brunswick was previously scheduled for the 11th, so right now they are still a day behind the original schedule. Maybe they can make it up though. I hope so!

Morning guys.

I just checked again with BMW. ETA to port jersey is still 10-19.

Even if the boat got there on the 18th it probably wouldn't be unloaded until the 19th anyway because the 18th is a Sunday.

And the GLOVIS SOLOMON is still moored in Baltimore. No way it's getting to NJ on the 13th like it was supposed to. This is excruciating.

The RCC Europe is docked in Brunswick GA right now. Hopefully a quick visit and back on the water to its next stop. Looking like the ETA date of 10-19 is still feasible.
