Rhino ramps and front lip

Anyone with a front lip able to use rhino ramps? Just checking before I buy a lip, I do oil changes in between recommended intervals and was wondering if this is an issue?

You will need extenders or race ramps, rhino ramps won't work

I used regular ramps and when backing out, the lip flexed upwards and luckily it was plastic so nothing major happened but I can imagine if it was a CF lip it would've been a goner...

Safe to say I returned the ramps the next day as there wasn't enough clearance with the lip installed

I use standard rhino ramp style ramps with a lip and have had no issues. I make sure to go slow both up and down. But I'm not lowered. If I was, it would be a no go.

I tried the same with my lip and it was rubbing way before I was a quarter up and I'm stock height

That's odd. I've checked it at 1/2 way and 3/4 the way up and been okay. Close. But okay. But all ramps are made a bit different so maybe I have one with a less steep angle.

I used Race Ramps - Yes, you need the extender ramps or you will scrape the front getting off post lip install - these are very expensive but worth every penny if you dont have lift available:

Mine are SUPER old. I bought around 2010 for $40 from an auto parts store. I can send you a pic if you want, but they are regular old ramps and ive been up and down them with my lip a few times, no issue.

Whats the lip clearance, though?
on my g20 its like 7 inch which apparently leaves an approach angle of 11.2 degrees max. I like the race ramps, but theyre super expensive and not sure if I can get the ones I need here in UK

My ramps wont work with my lip. So I just jack up the car and put the ramps backwards under each wheel. Its up a little extra work but no chance destroying the lip. Which I have never scraped.

Rhino ramp will not work with a front lip. The lip touches the ramp before the wheels even touch it. Wasted my time and money on it. You would need something more lowered car friendly.
