'23 M340i-X on Adaptive Suspension recommendations

I wanted to get some help picking out lowering springs and spacers. I definitely want to go lower, but I don't want to risk rubbing. Although I like the look of H&R, I'm nervous I'll run into a risk of rubbing. Is there that much of a difference between Dinan and H&R? Thanks!

You shouldn't rub on H&R if you are on stock wheel and tire. I've only seen people rub with a 255 in the front, and it was very minimal at full lock.

You will not rub with H&R’s. I am running them with 13mm staggered stock wheels and it sits perfect in my opinion

Do you think I’ll scrape with a front lip and rear diffuser? And how’s the ride? Stiff or like stock?

I’ve debated on getting a front lip but am worried about scraping. Its tough to say, its low but not super low. I would say you would def need to be more careful.

Its slightly stiffer than stock but not bad at all. My old 2021 m340 with run flats and no adaptive suspension felt about the same. I believe H&R says 15% firmer than stock which I would say is accurate

The only thing I'm worried about is scraping and rubbing. Like do I go with Dinan as a more conservative approach or just go all in and go H&R. But then from my research, Cobra suspension seems to be a middle man in terms of drop amount so I may look into that instead

I was in that exact boat… H&R is not all in, it is totally fine, perfect in my opinion. If I would have went with Dinan I would have been left wanting more

Yeah I’ll prob end up going H&R. Just not exactly sure how it’ll go with a lip

I'm going Dinan since I plan on buying an ADRO lip and don't want that to break on the countless slanted roads I come across while working in DC. I would constantly scrape on my lowered civic and would cringe every time I heard contact

I just went with the H&Rs. Heard from a lot of people they regretted going dinan and wanted more of a drop
