New style for odometer?

Can someone please tell me why 2021 M340i no longer show RPM under comfort mode...it looks ugly as hell...of is there a setting which can change back to old style to show RPM?

What iDrive build are you on? Are you sure you're not talking about when you're in Eco Pro?

No, in comfort mode it doesn't show RPM for 2021 M340i...it only tells what percentage of power you have left. LIke the one from Rolls Royce

There is a thread in the general section, you should tag on there as this is not really an ordering issue

its for the new mild hybrid 48v system - and yeah there are a few threads most recent one is around the option to change it to a tach, but it doesn't "stick" - rather it'll reset back to power each time you start the car... this is unfortunate if there isn't a coding or some other workaround

about 8:40 mark you'll see it pretty clearly, in sport it'll go back to a tach, and I think there is an option even in comfort to switch to tach but you have to change that setting each time...

You can change the visual from percetage to RPM in car settings/display/instrument cluster

I changed it once and it stayed the way I wanted. Never changing back to percentage. But I created my drivers profile before I made the change, maybe that will help those who have the issue.

Just when you think they couldn't make the live cockpit any worse! BMW needs to learn a thing or two from Audi/Merc when it comes to virtual cockpits. Or even Ford for that matter.
