You should just be able to purchase remote start in the connected drive store.

If BMW sells remote engine start in your country, you should buy it through the Connected Drive portal.
If remote engine start is not available in your country, the FSC alone is not enough. Your DME needs to be prepared for this and FEMtoEVO is currently the only one offering this service.

Oh yhank you so much, Yes I am in Armenia and connected drive is not available here, I am new to bmw, and didnt know about FemToEvo, thank you for the info, i can proceed taking steps to get that engine start😁
