2020 or 2022 320i M Sport sedan

I have two options for used 320i M Sport sedan 2020 and 2022.
I think both are exactly the same shape?
Both are sapphire black with black interior and similarly priced with similar mileage.

Which one to go for?

2020 - £30,000
19,900 Miles
From BMW Main dealer Approve used - 12 Month Warranty
M Sport Pro Pack
M Adaptive Suspension
Technology Pack
19" 791 M Double-spoke Bicolour
Since I am a returning customer, ceramic coating worth £500 and GAP Insurance worth nearly £500 both free of charge.

2022 - £30,100
20,565 miles
Not Approved Used but from another dealer - 90 Day Warranty
No Harmon Kardon
M Sport Pro Package
Comfort Pack
19in Alloy Wheels - M Light Double Spoke - 791M Bicolour Jet Black with Mixed Tyres and Runflat Tyres

What is the main difference between tech and comfort pack?
And will adaptive suspension make much of a difference ?
I think the 2022 model has M Sport Suspension.

Seems like the 2020 one is slightly better specked and also with Harmon Kardon but having a 2022 plate is nicer

Also planning to sell after 3 to 4 years of use so which will model provide a better resale value ?

Wouldn't the '22 provide you a longer factory warranty? Does the factory warranty transfer for you (I assume you're in Europe)?

No factory warranty on the 2022.
I don't think it transfers over to a new owner on resell.

However there is factory warranty on the 2020 as its coming from a BMW main dealer.

I'd do a little more digging as that seems odd that the 4 yr/50k warranty doesn't stay with the car with subsequent owners. The car is only 1 year old and BMW is saying it doesn't have a warranty? I'd contact BMW directly, not rely on what the selling dealer says.
