I'm right there with you man! I don't know how many times a day i check but it's a lot. My car left for port on Monday but hasn't arrived yet. I googled it and from the factory to port its about a 10 hour drive. So even if the driver drives 2 hours a day, drinks a bottle of tequila and sleeps for 20 hours for 5 days straight the car should be there by tomorrow and hopefully will make ship on Monday.

Just so happens the dealer I bought from is near there . I just jumped to in transit a little while. Wonder if we’re on the same ship.

So I just called back genius to see what the next person would tell me. She about laughed when i told her the previous person told me car was on a train. It's has supposedly been on its way to a port to wait for shipping since September 13th. The system is so behind and out of whack that it's basically useless. Dealing with people who are in customer service and are giving you misleading and inaccurate information is frustrating to say the least.
