Uneven exhaust tips - how do I fix it?

Left and right exhaust tips are uneven. One lays lower than the other. I am assuming it's a screw... anyone have any advice for a DIY fix?

I have a new set of black in boxes in my garage - give me about an hour and I'll post up some pics for you

Here is a top and bottom view of the tips (one small / one large pic of each). Hope this helps.

Thanks. I'll need to take a look to see where they screw in and where they can be tightened

No hardware with mine / I'm guessing maybe the hardware is a bumper item or stand alone parts /

I repaired it. Removed the exhaust tip and bent the two brackets on the top of the tip downwards and reattached- this brought the tip closer to the rear diffuser and narrows the gap. I shouldn't have to DIY on a vehicle claiming to be of luxury, quality and standard - but I did. I guess Quality control at my dealership isn't a priority.
