Interior Wrap in Carbon
Thought I'd share a carbon interior wrap. The guy who did mine is based on the south coast of UK, so probably not much use to most of you - but I think the effect is really good, and great value compared to the M Performance kit. 3M black carbon was used.
Hopefully those imgur links work.

Looks really good, especially in the darker carbon fiber look.

I agree. I was nervous for sure, but think it's come out really well. Fingers crossed it holds up to regular knocks and scuffs etc.

This looks great! Thinking about trying this myself, mostly because that it looks better than the gloss black I have and even more because the gloss black really blinds me sometimes when the sun hits the interior in a particular angle.
This wrap seems to not be as reflective as the gloss black. |

Oddly, I'd have loved the gloss black personally (although suspect it would be a fingerprint magnet and my OCD would go into overdrive). What I eventually want to do is put the standard carbon interior in (not the M performance one) but can't seem to find anywhere I can get it from.

Couple of questions about your install: 1. Did the installer take the panels off, or did them in-situ? 2. Is the 3M product used this one? https://www.3mindia.in/3M/en_IN/p/d/b40069757/ 3. Ballpark do you remember the surface area in square inches required? Any responses will be highly appreciated |

2. It doesn't look the same. I can't be completely sure though. He had a swatch of different 3M finishes which I picked from. I think mine looks more 'blocky' than the image on that link. 3. I don't think we ever discussed this, sorry.
