Tried searching, and didn't see anything here. But, has anyone had issues enabling 3D viewing?

When I try the setup process in the car, it says loading apps (in data privacy section ) then nothing.

Not surprised. BMW ConnectDrive app looks like someone's freshmen year undergrad Comp Sci project.

It works for me, now.

At first it was unreliable on my iPhone but worked on my iPad. I couldn’t get remote start to work on my phone either.

I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and now it works fine.

How did you enable it in the car? When I click on data privacy it says "loading apps... " then goes back to main screen.

Too bad it doesn’t draw your car in the correct color.

Lol. Correct car color would be a nice detail!
Based on the tail pipes, it's the wrong model too!!
But still impressive view..

Ok, I broke down and called the geniuses, and was told there's a system wide glitch, that's being worked on. So, not sure why certain cars are not affected.

I'll tell you the most amazing bit of technology which is totally off topic, but my Mom has a new Bentley Bentayga, and their birds eye view from over the top of the vehicle when backing out is amazing.

Let me indulge you in a similarly amazing bit of technology that's also less off-topic: you have this in the G20/other BMWs (and almost all brands I'd guess at this point) as well.
It's also bigger, and gives you a close-up when getting near objects.

Yea, this was on the 2013 F30's.

I have issues where the camera doesn't take a picture of either the right or the left side occasionally. But when it does its pretty cool. takes forever though...
