Looking to potentially pick up a lease for a 2020 M340i Xdrive. Preferred options below:

-Am open to different colors but prefer alpine white, black, mineral gray, dravite gray, or Portimoa blue
-Cold weather package (heated steering wheel & seats)
-Black or cognac interior
-PDC
-Harman/Kardon
-Remote start (not a must)

I drive around 11k miles per year, so am looking for ~1k miles/month average still left on lease.

Am open for negotiations and different specs. Must be Xdrive models only please.
