I'm assuming you'll be offering a pretty sizable incentive to assume this lease?

At only a sticker price of $61k this is a REALLY really high payment especially before taxes.

I guess it depends a lot on where you're at too. For example, It's impossible to get payments you guys in the coasts make where I'm at (IL). I pay more for my 330i than what people in the coasts pay for an M340i. This is without going through brokers, putting down MSDs or down payments and getting a car with options I want (most low payment 330is I've seen don't have the options I wanted)
That being said, I have no idea how it is in AZ where the poster is at.

I understand prices depend on where you live.

But the OP's price is without tax as well. Including tax in most places and you'll have a payment around $800 for a 61k msrp m340i.

I'm just saying these are like M3 prices for a car with a much higher MSRP.

My personal opinion is the OP will have to include a pretty huge incentive for this to move.

Sorry you felt like I was attacking your post but that's not what I was trying to do.

I was just being honest that I think you will need to provide a pretty sizable incentive to move your car. Just my honest opinion that the monthly matches M3 prices for a pretty low MSRP m340.
