Bought my dream car
Recently purchased my first BMW , 2022 Blue M340i. This is actually my first new car ever as I set a goal for my business. Finally opened After being shut with Covid, my Gym was finally reopened.
Did not pick everything out, came with these options but I really love it. Premium package. The run flats are OK not sure if that was the best idea. Wish the stereo was better, but I’m sure I can upgrade it. Love the heated steering wheel an automatic start and especially heads up display. I need to familiarize myself with all the technology. . Is there anything that I can do to make my experience with this car better/ more enjoyable. I’ve had it for about two months I really love and appreciate it. Any direction or help would be appreciated as I am open to anything. |

Hey There. Figured I would chime in here. Plan a nice road trip. It is the best way to really experience the great engineering and to enjoy the car. It is also a good way to discover all the features in the car. I admit though with all the gizmos built in you might need more than one road trip (lol).
If not, a nice day trip can be fun too. Every now and then I like to get up early on a Saturday morning and hit the road for a nice trip up to Saratoga Springs, walk around, visit the automotive museum and see friends and, grab brunch (not necessarily in that order). Then head back down late afternoon / early evening. Road trips are a great way to really enjoy your car. __________________________________________________ _____________________ 2017 X6 5.0 MSport, Carbon Black Metallic w/ black leather. Congrats brother! One thing I did for myself to be cool is some exterior mods. Love seeing front splitters so I got one. Makes the car much more agressive!

Here are some pictures of my tinted and recently clay waxed baby. First new car so I want to keep her as pretty as possible. Looking for some small fun enhancing mods.
Happy new year all. |

Beautiful car. I love the color . In terms of exterior maintenance, if you haven't already had it ceramic coated, I would definitely consider doing that. If you do any highway driving, I would also consider paint protection film for the front of the car. I had Xpel paint protection film installed on my front bumper, headlights, full hood and front fenders. I couldn't be happier with how its protected my car from stone chips, general road debris and bugs. It makes it easier to wash too.

Definitely get a good ceramic coating or a nice PPF to keep it looking nice for as long as possible. Breather mods will help go a long way as well to help open your baby up

I declined an ceramic coat application are poor results on my previous car, a Jaguar XF, it really was a waste money. Interested in your view if your ceramic coating was applied 6+ months ago.

Ceramic is nice for sure and always looks cool in the rain lol, but you're right. It takes a lot of maintenance which people aren't willing to put in the work. If people wash their cars regularly then it's definitely for them.

First thing I did was ceramic window tint...really glad I did it... then did air intake, high flow downpipe, and AWE touring non resonated exhaust...If I only had one choice...it would be exhaust...freaking sounds awesome...I get compliments every time I drive it...sport+...WOT...it really is insane sounding...
