320i G20 Service History Meaning

Hey everyone, I am completely new to BMW and am thinking of buying a used 320i G20 from an authorized BMW dealership. I have received the car's service history but am unsure of what it all means.

I understand the red symbols mean the service was overdue, however, in the document it states that BMW allows a 12-month tolerance for brake fluid.

Does anyone know if this means the car still has a "full-service history" and these "warnings" won't affect the resale value in the future or should I avoid this car because of it?
