getting code 118401 that's resulting in misfires. says there's a drive train malfunction.

Was running low on gas and in a hurry, figured I would stop for gas on when I got to where I was going. went to step on it to merge and had a misfire.

Car will start after multiple tries and will idle strong around 1000rpm. when I go to accelerate it will struggle at first and then pick up smoothly, no coughs on the way down on rpms. but when it comes back to idle it will struggle around 700-800 rpm before bouncing back to 1000. Some shaking at that idle point

Since then I've replaced in-tank fuel pump, spark plugs, ignition coils, battery and MAF sensor.

The dealership is trying to charge me an arm and a leg.

118401: Tank Ventilation and Mix Control faults stored in the DME
118401: N63T Rail Pressure Sensor with mixture faults
11AC02: N55 - Misfire, Rough Running or Cold Start
