Most difficult DIY mod I've done so far; yellow DRL
Finally had the chance to install the bayoptiks yellow CSL DRL's today. After reading the forum posts and watching some youtube videos I knew I was in for a challenge, but this was no joke. I've installed the JB4 (15 minutes), Dinan Turbo Inlet (20 minutes), Armaspeed intake (30 minutes), FTP chargepipe (20 minutes), IND painted reflectors (30 minutes)...this mod took me 4 hours! Between removing the rims, wheel liners (14 bolts per side), removing the heat syncs (one of the bolts on each side is incredibly difficult to get to), removing the old boards (have to heat them up to like 5000 degrees and pry the heck out of them to get them off) and then install the new boards with the heatsink plaster, this job is not for someone impatient. All and all; they look pretty mean once installed. In the day they look amazing; I think they do look a little off at night between the yellow DRL, white headlights, and amber side marker/turn signal. Thinking of using bimmercode to turn off the amber side marker.

Look great. I have a 2020 and have had them installed for over a year. If I knew the level of effort prior to buying, I doubt I would have done it! I removed the front bumper cover so I could pull the headlights out a bit to get the out heat sinks.
