Navigation destination from phone

How do you guys get destinations from phone to nav system? About half the time the destination pops up when I send it to the car via connecteddrive on my phone, the other half I have to navigate through the menu to Received Destinations, connected drive, then choose it. Can't figure out how to make it pop up consistently

On F30 it would pop up when I plug it in. Maybe it does it with car play and sometimes it's not connecting.

Should have mentioned I'm not using carplay, just regular bluetooth connection on my android phone although the destination stuff is OTA i think

Open BMW connected app
Destinations
Search
Send to vehicle
In car open navigation
Load from 'Received destinations'
Is there another way?

When you send the destination sometimes it pops up without having to go to received destinations.

Is there a way to make that work from your phone? I thought the send to car was a desktop feature.
