Software updates discussions
Saw software update 07.2019.39 today. Here is what I noticed so far:
- New apps page with new icons - Much more detailed maps in the Live Cockpit Will post pics tomorrow.

Got a software we update notification upon opening connected drive app on phone, then nothing happened.
Checked on iDrive in vehicle and it says no new updates available. Can BMW please get something right on this car from a technology perspective? |

Just took my M340 in for repairs and a software update was performed. I don't see anything that is different.

Just saw that G21 has an „Assisted Driving View“ which is not available in my G20 currently (Driving Assist Professional is included in the build).
Hope that this will be delivered via Remote Software Update. |

Just got my 330i back. Software update is 7/2019.39. Data privacy reset (my remote start was unchecked) and now there are quite a few more options.
It did look like the live cockpit map had more detail when I came home from the dealership. I didn't remember ponds in my neighborhood showing up, but I can't say 100% |
