Anyone here know if NYC dealers care abt JB4 when going in for oil changes and routine visits? I purchased from Rallye but I'll go wherever wont void my warranty for a JB4. I just got it so I don't know any service advisors or anything.

Remove it before going to dealer.

It's not approved bmw mod.

Theyre gonna know if you took it off. ECU keeps track of this now

I believe ECU will track boost level. It won't say that it was due to jb4. They would have to prove it that you used piggy.

I used jb4 before and had no issues claiming warranty. It was audi not bmw. If you run map3, I doubt sending will harken to engine.

Me personally wouldn't be afraid to use jb4.

Plenty of discussion on this in the past. The ECU will track and flag any modifcations. Whether its BM3 / JB4 / custom tune etc
