sunroof shade

Can’t get my sunroof shade to close. The glass moves fine but the shade isn’t moving from the open position. Any suggestions?

You can try the reset procedure as outlined in the owners manual. If that doesn't work it could be a bad shade motor or the FZD control module acting up. I had the control module replaced last week when my sunroof stopped working. Do you hear a relay clicking when you try to operate the shade?
