What oil to use when tuned

I have a ‘23 m340i which is now tuned on bm3 stage 2, currently e50, but usually just 91, what type of oil is best for a tuned car? Also what should the interval be for a tuned car, I’ve heard 4-5k for tuned, but lemme know why you guys think cause I’m coming up on 3k miles since my last oil change.
