I know the exhaust has valves that open and close depending on the mode of the car. If I get a muffler delete, will I still have these valves that open and close? Also how much is a fair price for a muffler delete? Ive been quoted 100 dollars per pipe so far.

It depends on how much they delete and how they do it. The exhaust valve isn’t part of the muffler, it’s part of the tailpipe. If they re-weld the oem tailpipe you’ll retain the function. If not then you’ll need to code it out.
