Hey,

I'm hopefully picking up a '22 CPO M340 xdrive this week, just pending the lien release on my trade in because I paid it off and now I am in between the DMV updating the record.

Unfortunately it's built without touchscreen and also missing the passenger Lumbar and seat width adjust, but I get the feeling this will be okay over time. Would love the laser lights but finding one equipped with the adaptive suspension, and other bits has been a challenge AND low miles too.

Thanks. Finally got everything sorted out and took delivery after labor day weekend. Have discovered that the driver's assistance package doesn't include adaptive cruise control which I must admit I'm a little frustrated about. Beginning to recall why I've been mocking people with 60-80k cars that don't have the simplest of features that 40k domestic and Japanese cars come standard with.

That said, the B58 is a blast to turn up in sport mode and I'm definitely seeing many fun miles ahead. I'll have to resize an image at a later time and share.

So I guess I need to pay more attention on my next BMW. I thought that ACC was part of this "Drivers Assistance Package" that I saw the car had.

Also, interesting story, but the car has a tray for wireless charging with the battery logo, and the indicator light, but you guessed it - no wireless charging in the build codes so I guess I am out on that too

I am a little baffled at the way this thing is built without standard features on 35,000 Kia's and Toyotas. UGH is right!!!

UPDATE -

I did get the car on 9-6-22. I was supposed to get it before labor day, but I had an issue at delivery so I spent the Labor day weekend in a X6 M50i and they brought me the grey goose on Tuesday of last week.

I am officially here, and signature is updated.
