They are badass but I'm not sure how a 3 series car is worth paying $66k for??? I understand I would probably get it for cheaper, but still. That's a head scratcher to me.

, but you don't seem to be maximizing the available power of the CS. Your revs are rarely above 5500RPM. That's where they need to be kept to maximize the power output of the S55 .

I'm struggling for grip. I was on street tires with the shoulders almost worn out. I replaced them the next day.

Whats the story with a stage 2 tune? Is a DP really necessary? Or is it just recommended for maximum HP gains? Any other downsides for Stg 2 and stock DP?

Sure. Regardless, Any M car is just tuned differently than the base model where comfort/ride quality is sacrificed. When people say there's little to no difference in comfort, what they're really saying is I don't mind it and can tolerate it so it makes no difference to me.
