BTW, your entire thread is useless because the "non-believers" like myself are referring to the actual production model, not a concept designed to get polarizing attention.

This is the F32 "concept" from 2012. At this point, a "concept" is mostly a finished design.

They want to believe that things will change significantly, and now want to "change the wording/specificity" as a means of back-pedaling. Nobody specified Concept/Production, and even if they did the cars are mostly one in the same like you mentioned.

IMHO, Prototype real one will not even be close . It will slightly bigger than current M340i , along with more aggressive body parts , +/- 500 HP , bigger tires . Let us all wait and see

I'll get back to you when reality finally sets in when the car hits dealerships. Obviously even BMW bringing the car for all to see at the show isn't enough for you.

Remember that the M3/4 shares its front end with the 4 series. This will only be the second generation of four series which BMW has pledged to differentiate further from the 3er.
Doesn't make sense if you ask me... the M3 should have a similar front to the 3 SERIES and the M4 should have a similar front to the 4 SERIES

If they're going to create a deviation on the 4 then it shouldn't carry over to the performance version of a 3er, and that's just common sense.

Well you're about, ohhhhh.....3 generations of ///M car too late. That's BMW's way!

It's funny when people comment on what bmw, or whichever corporation, should or shouldn't do with their design, direction, branding etc. I see so many comments like, "bmw is using the M logo too liberally, bmw design language is getting too bold, it's not bold enough, they shouldn't make four door coupes, they shouldn't make sedans, they shouldn't do this or that, the ass end looks like a Nissan, and blah blah blah. The fact is it's their show, and those who currently make the calls at bmw will do what they think makes sense. Maybe the next generation x6 and m2 will share a grill with the I4, who knows. Those who take offense will just have to buy a Toyota or Audi or whatever, and be miserable until you see the light and saunter back into your local bimmer dealership, and accept, and eventually grow to love that grill.

I've seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attacks of the designs of the on the bootlid connected shoulder line of the E65.
I watched the hated outline of the E60s LED beams glitter in the dark near the Brandenburg Gate.
All those moments will be lost in time, like… your tears in the rain.
Time to accept.
