Car drives absolutely amazing now!
Setup is Forgedlite MC5 19x9 19x10 with Pilot Alpin 5s 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 bought at Infinite Autowerks.

I am a stickler for OEM+ fitment and this was perfect. No poke. Just perfect.

After researching every possible option of wheels for the G20, I found that not many choices existed that fit my standards. I wanted to retain the OEM center cap and I had to have a high load rating but also did not want to pay insane prices. Therefore I ended up getting a pair of Forgedlite's. They are fully forged and have high load ratings so I can survive the Michigan potholes.

Here is the link where I purchased them from: https://infiniteautowerks.com/shop/w...1pc-monoblock/

The fit and finish is perfect. There is zero poke with these offsets and wheel setup. Not to mention the car handles so much better on these sizes vs the stock wheels and that is only with winter wheels at the moment (Michelin Alpin).

Sizes:
19x9" 245/40/19
19x10 274/40/19

Ill probably make a separate post with more pics and documenting my experience. PM me if you have questions!

Vossens hf5
19x8.5 +30 with 235/40/19 front
19x9.5 +35 with 265/35/19 rear
Tires are michelins sports 4 all season
Im thinking of changing tires to 255/40/19 front and 285/35/19, do you guys think it would be possible? Trying to get the widest tires with some meat to it for most traction.

You might want to put 255/35/19 on the front to avoid any possible rubbing, but other than that I think your good. Within the limits for that those rims.

Did you remove the little worthless baby deck spoiler? Its clean. I like it. For some reason the paint on mine started to peal at the edges, I was thinking of repainting it, but I may just remove it.

I think you will find 255/40 will rub on bottom of spring perch and/or front strut - I would go 245/35 if you want to avoid rub or use of spacer

Really like the look with the Supra wheels - did you need 13mm spacer to prevent rub in front? Do you have a adaptive suspension?

I've heard mixed things about it rubbing. I know someone who ran it supra wheels with 255/35 and said it didn't rub and also someone in this thread said it did. So not sure. But I kept the spacer 13mm from my stock wheels on the front to get the fitment right. Otherwise, it is way too sunk in. And no I do not have adaptive suspension.

I understand why BMW put skinny wheels on the M340i, but boy I wish they gave some wider options from the factory.

Supra wheels look good.

Got it, thank you.
Ye I did remove spoiler, in my opinion the car looks much better without it.

Finally!

First G20 with 893M!
Perfect match, perfect fitment!

No poke, flush with fenders, no spacers, OEM wheels, it doesn't get any better!

Even tough they are not forged, they are a bit lighter than stock 791M wheels.

Fronts: 12.3kg
Rears: 13.0kg

For all of you looking for perfect offsets and fitment, these are the numbers:

F: 8.5X19 ET25 225/40 R19 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S
R: 9.5x19 ET35 255/35 R19 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S

Fronts could use 5mm spacer, but I think it would be too aggressive!

Anyway, here are some quick photos. DSLR photos coming soon!
