Wow, that white/black GC looks really nice. The white shows off the hood lines really well. Glad to see the Sensatec choice as well. I'm still waiting on my M440cv, but I ordered Sensatec as well as I think it feels better and will look a ton better in a couple years than the base leather.

My vehicle’s(2022 M440 GC) production date keeps getting pushed back due to part shortages. I recently found a dealer with a vehicle coming in by the end of this week specd almost like my build. No power seats but it has adaptive m suspension, tire and brake cooling package( my build doesnt have this), m sport exhaust (my build didn’t even give me this option to add), touch screen, HK, premium package, and laser lights. This car is almost $3k more but wondering if the added m sport exhaust Makes it worth it too, heard it’s rare to get them on. Besides I don’t know if my build will get all the options I asked for.

I have mine coming with MPE. The M parts are a separate catalog I believe.

I'd bet that car was a buyer order that cancelled due to no power seats. I know my car isn't coming with a touch screen and starting to question if it has manual seats too.

Just keep resale value in mind on the cars without power seats. If you are leasing, not an issue, but buying is a different story.

Yeah I figured as much, before this car I had a 2019 Audi RS3 with no power seats, didn’t bother me. Sold it recently. My suv I own for the fam has power seats makes things easier but not a deal breaker especially considering it comes with the listed items mine may not come with, and that car is mainly for me. My car has yet to enter production and my SA said he’d never seen that before so is trying to figure out more info. Decisions, decisions. The tire and brake cooling package seems like excessive to me, I’m not tracking the car but like the idea of MPE and adaptive M suspension which my build does not have. Just trying to figure out whether I should take the opportunity to buy this car over waiting for my build which may end up having more stuff removed. *sighhhh*

I’m leasing,I typically don’t keep my cars more than 2-3 years. My 2019 Audi RS3 lease with no power seats, the Audi dealer actually bought back my lease early. Ended up with extra cash in my pocket I wouldn’t have if I would have waited until lease was over to turn the car in.

I'm excited to see everyone's style when their car arrives!

I'm glad i went with the manual seats over losing touch screen.. i find myself using the touch a heck of a lot and haven't changed my seat since i took my test drive.
Also, ps runflats really aren't as bad as others have stated.. definitely a lot smoother than my trans am lol.

I used the tool below to track the status from the moment it left Germany. once at the VPC and work order was opened my status took about 46 days to change from open to closed then I contacted Genius for expected delivery date to dealership which was off by a couple of days.

Remember that these days, it can take 3 - 4 months from order to delivery. I ordered from dealer allocation and had a production number 2nd week in November. When I called the Genius line last week, they said my build date had been bumped to week 2 (early January). I am just hoping to get the car before end of February.

Power seats is likely not an issue anymore. There are numerous threads that say power seat deletion was just with an initial batch of 1800 US destined cars (I may be incorrect about the number, but it is about that). Some threads also suggest that some November builds appear to have just the passenger width and lumbar deletions (no touch screen deletion). I have my fingers crossed.

I’d say don’t delay your order. You should know once production completes if anything got deleted. You can then decline to take the order and place a new one - or wait some more.

Anyone in the UK received or have a confirmed delivery date of the m440i gran coupe? I ordered mine in September and was originally told January, then got pushed to February now is scheduled for production June 22. Has everyone been delayed or some just unlucky?

Suspect it's the Technology Plus Pack that's causing the problems. I ordered a 420d Gran Coupe in mid November and wanted MSport Pro, Tech Plus and Comfort Plus. Sales associate told me I wasn't going to get HUD, wireless charging/enhanced BT and probably some of the other tech stuff so I took Tech Plus off, kept MSport Pro and Comfort Plus then added HK audio as a discrete option.

My car's now here at the dealer's 6 weeks later, just waiting for PDI and registration. SA "thinks" it has touchscreen deleted but there should be £500 credit back for that. It's definitely got electric seats, lumbar, heated steering wheel, HK audio, comfort access because I've driven it from the drop off point to the vehicle compound and checked this.
