M340 Pricing
Curious what everyone is paying for their m340s…
I have been debating getting out of the f30 and into a g20. Went yesterday to drive a few cars… X3 M40 - it was okay, but not a sedan, just can’t see myself daily driving a SUV M2 CS - loved it, but not sure if I want to go 2-door and/or something that raw for a daily M340 - liked it, but honestly was expecting more, it was quieter and more “refined” then my current 340 Dealer has a few in stock and debating if I just wait out my current lease or pull the trigger now - first price from the dealer was $300 more a month for a 2022 M340 then I’m currently paying for my loaded 340 They called me a couple hours after I left and without any negotiation, they are down to $140 more than I’m paying now. So far leaning towards keeping the 340, but curious what others are seeing in pricing for m340s in the GTA.

Just got my new M340i after selling my 2018 340i. My dealer gave me 8% off sticker price so that wasn't bad. Carvana bought my 340i lease and gave me $7500 so it was a no brainer. Two other dealers told me no discount so I think i came out ok.

Some used M340's are popping up here and there. I drove from NB to Montreal to get CPO 2020 M340 with the Premium Excellence package with 29,000 kms. I paid 59,800 and new the car is about a 78k sticker price. Well worth it to save 20k in my opinion!

Obviously we don't have all of your lease details (money down, MSDs, etc.), but the jump in monthly payments from my relatively loaded 2016 340i to my '21 m340xi was in a similar ballpark. I also shopped for an '18 340i and there wouldn't have been too much of a price change from the 2016. Probably closer to $200/month but that extra $$ is probably a direct result of adding Xdrive.
Both of these leases were with no MSDs and minimal money down. FWIW, I dont disagree with your assessment of the G20 as more refined (not necessarily in a good way), but the worst part about the switch was loosing the manual transmission in my F30. Having said that, the interior and tech of the G20 was not something I was especially excited about when I ordered, but now that I have spent a few months in it, I cant overstate how huge the upgrade is. It can definitely get a bit rowdy if you want it to also. Edit: Just realized you are north of the boarder, not sure if my info is as useful!

Thanks for the feedback so far
The lease terms are more or less identical as I never put anything down on a lease and the interest rate was marginally better on my ‘18 vs. the ‘22 quote. I also find it interesting they have kept the warranty the same at 4yr/80,000kms, but changed the service coverage to 3yr/60,000kms I’m going to ride out the ‘18 lease and see what available when it expires. Unless the dealer comes back with a better offer

I'm in the US and through Costco got $1k off. That's the very best I've found anywhere.
