I did. Hadn't 3 different B9 S4/S5 models. Someone hit my S5 and it was totalled so I bought an M340i. It was better in almost every respect. I did like the design of my S5 Sportback more and the audio system in the S5 was better. At the end of the day I went back to Audi though for an RS5. You will love the M340i if you end up with one.

Do you mind sharing a little more on this? Here is where I am at between m440 or m340.
On my audi I have adaptive dampers. Currently there is no option to add M suspension on m340 due to this I am considering m440 since that option is available on that car.
Also do you think upgrading Harman Kardon make sense or they are not much better than regular BMW speakers.
Why did you go to RS5 and no m3 all wheel drive or m4 all wheel drive?

I had adaptive dampers on my M340i and they were great (same comfort as the adaptive suspension on my S5). The Harmon Kardon is already not as good as the B&O (if you had it on your S5), so going to the standard system on the M340i or M440i may be even more underwhelming.

I went with the RS5 over the M3 mainly because of the front grill. I couldn't stand it. I've come around a bit since then, but I actually sold my 2019 RS5 and have a 2022 RS5 on order (so you can see that the grill still made me go with an RS5 even the 2nd time around). I went with the RS5 because it is simply a "better" and more special car than the M340i. Not knocking it, but I got a great deal and had to jump on it.

Yeah my s5 is loaded, I am building m440 pretty much loaded as well. I love my s5 and how jb4 plays with it. I wonder if there will be same gains on b58 engine with jb4. Do you have any experience in that?

But, all jokes a side, we been very loyal to Audi cars in our family, but our local dealer decided to be a little ***** and not treat us as forever returning customers, so I decided to give a bmw a shot.

Going through build on bmw website I notice that m440 has option to add sport suspension l, where are m340 dose not. Question is, dose m340 and m440 come standard with adaptive dampers and is sport suspension worth the $700 upgrade?

Also when I mention m440 I am talking about gran coupe.
