New to M340i
Just picked up my 2022 M340i last week, I'm shocked how heavy the steering feels in comfort and so much more in Sport. It's a welcome refresh since all my previous BMW's X7, 5-series etc have had much lighter steering.
I don't know if this has to do with the passive M-Sport suspension but I freaking love how I feel so connected to this car. Just thought I'd share my excitement.

Congrats on the new toy. The more you drive it the more you will love it. Probably one of the best bang for the buck car in the BMW line up. Drive safe.

Congrats, I agree that the steering is heavy, and some people maybe don’t like it but I do.
All in all I agree that for the money paid (and it’s still a fairly pricey car, but for a BMW not too bad) you are getting a lot of performance and speed |

By the way, what do you mean by “M sport suspension”? Some terms are thrown around like “adaptive suspension” which is not a standard option and I don’t have.
Then, this being an M performance car, there is otherwise the M sport suspension and other tuning that comes standard with this car. I assume that that is what you are referring to |

^ Same color as mine.
The car is very nice looking--classic 3 series BMW with good proportions. Understated, which works for my needs. My only criticism continues to be the exhaust tips....which I will be changing hopefully sooner than later
