$2,500 on 3 series, so no complaints there, finally a decent incentive, the question I do not know is has the residuals or money factor changed?

So basically you have to own a BMW to get the $2.5k off? I called my dealer on this and apparently since I applied for financing last month it locked in my price. I have no reason to believe that though.

I believe the Road Home Sales Event does require previous BMW ownership/lease to qualify.

With that said, in my experience once one fills out a credit app it locks in whatever incentives are available at time of application or whatever is available at time of delivery.

I am in a similar situation as I have put in an application last week but have not signed anything or taken ownership yet as the vehicle is in a stop sale for the RAM. There has to be a way around this to take advantage of the extra rebates. I personally have not talked to the dealership about this yet.

You normally need to provide proof of ownership to take advantage of the loyalty rebates.

Yes. You just need to have owned a bmw at any point in the last 12 months.

A neighbor said for leases it is not $2,500, but I cannot find and proof one way or the other.

The text of the offer says it is for those who finance through BMW, so it would apparently not work with a lease.
