I believe so, but it seems like there's always a $1,000 discount, which the UDE discount doesn't stack with.

The UTE $1,000 off is made up of $500 discount from BMW, and $500 discount from the dealer. I'm guessing the dealer just refused to pay their half.

The dealer didn't refuse to pay anything. I got a significant discount on the car so I was good with the $500 discount. Car was a 2022 m340
