Hit & Run Scratch

Someone scratched my car in a hit and run. How do I go about fixing this? Body shop? How much would it cost me?

Looks like it got to the base coat. I would try a detailing shop first to see if they can correct it. If not then a body shop can.

you can polish it to see how bad it really is, but if its through the paint you'll need it resprayed

That damage is through the paint and needs to be repainted if you ask me. Go through insurance unless you have a hook up at a body shop.
