Service Inclusive (Cyber Week deal)
Not looked into it much, but noticed ConnectedDrive has Cyber Week deal on servicing, from 24th Nov.
Remember a few people rating the deal last year. Not sure if it's the same. There's a lot of words on the page but looks to be 30% discount?

I hope they offer this again as I have changed my car since I purchased it. At the moment service inclusive isn't available on UK cars so may be we can't purchase it. But hopefully they will make it available that week like last year

The BMW website says it will be available so no hope required!

I just hope it will become available and it isn't some generic text that everyone sees globally on the website where it is available |

There is nothing on the UK website explaining what Service Inclusive is. Is this a paid in advance service plan?
If so, does anyone have any views on when it makes sense to purchase Service Inclusive? As in, is this going to benefit mostly people that do average to high miles a year? |

To be honest with the price of servicing with the cyber offer I think it would benefit low or high mileage people. If you are high mileage you'll save money on the services you'll need up to 60,000 miles, if low mileage you'll save money on 5 years servicing. I had it on my 330i and because I changed to my new car didn't get my money back, but the new owner of that car will as it goes with car. But that's the rub as long as you keep the car you are £ in. Plus it was a nice feeling having a full service and paying only £12 for the loaner on collection |

Thanks Davey330i. I'm a low miler myself and often find that these packs work out better for more regular users. So its good to get your view. I'll look at the Connected store next week (also wondering whether to purchase HBA - if only to make the button "do" something, as I hardly ever drive at night).
In terms of servicing, I previously looked at the Pay Monthly option but, as far as I could see, its pretty much the same cost as paying the services separately so saw no benefit. Locking a price seemed to me a bit "hollow". |

For what it is worth 2 years ago for my 330i Service inclusive was £600 in cyber offer week. So even if you do low mileage you'll need 2 time based oil services at least in the first 3 1/2 years, plus the brake fluid service. When you add in the filters that will need changing that alone will be well over £600 so that's why I went for it back then, it was a no brainier and anything else was a bonus. Be interesting how much it is this time |

Am I right, from my understanding 5 years on a petrol engine will get you.
1 x brake fluid change 1 x vehicle check (I wouldn’t bother with this usually). 1 x normal oil service 1 x oil service with air filter change & plugs. I see some people saying you get 2 x fluid changes, I can’t see it as first is due at 3 years and the second 2 years later, with you needing it done on the day of the ‘service pack’ expiring, I doubt they’d honour it. |

In terms of the second brake fluid service, is it not possible to have these done slightly before the due time, say a month? Also, anyone know for sure whether the "scope" charge would be included as well (£38 each time on my 320i)? I assume yes as its part of the service - you cannot not pay it, but its not specified in the blurb. |

I’ve never been charged that by my supplying dealer when in for service. Be interesting to see if they charge me for this one though since they didn’t supply it? |

Does anyone happen to know what the cost of this would be before the Black Friday discount? Currently showing £627 for my M340 (and wrong current mileage....good to see their connected services work...)
