Same here £627 and wrong current mileage
It's in KM!
Well that's probably correct 👍🏻 but…the lead in page clearly states 5 Years/60000 miles and then once you click through it states "Current mileage: 16,500". Admittedly it says underneath that it's valid for 100000km/62000miles but still it's poor continuity at best 😬 and "Current mileage" would infer…..miles 😂😂

They've certainly managed that over 20+ years of BMW ownership 😬👍🏻

Just logged in and can see the discounted price for service inclusive from 895 down to £627 for my M340i.
With the cost of a minor being around £300 and a major over £500, this has to be a no brainer surely.

Depends on your mileage I guess if you'll make full use of this. If your doing 12k miles and keeping the car for 5 years its a no brainer.

Any less or not planning on keeping the car for that long it might not be.

The one good thing is if you do sell the car early the service pack is transferred with the car so you might be able to get some cost back

Also those servicing costs can be reduced by providing your on own oil. Did that on my M2 running in service and got over Ł150 knocked off for oil which only cost me Ł50

I'm a 18k miles a year driver, so will have no issue getting at least 2 services here. I could even see me keeping this one into the 4 th year to be honest, which would be rare for one thing, but also talks to the quality of the m340i and this would then get the third service as well.
I'm in.

Wait 'till you've got 40 years like me! Believe me even after all that time they still haven't improved significantly!

I'm in.
Whilst I haven't been doing your kind of annual mileage in the past I'm anticipating doing at least 12k a year with this one, potentially a lot more as we focus more on staycations (annoying word!) rather than holidays abroad so I decided the service inclusive would be worth purchasing. I'm planning on keeping this car for the foreseeable future anyway as I do not want to move to an electric vehicle until I have no other option.
Anyway there are many, many places in the UK I haven't experienced yet in my lifetime!

I'm a very light driver. Reckon under 5k a year for me. Debating whether to go for the service inclusive deal even though I will probably keep the car for 5 years.
Did buy the HBA two days ago but still not downloaded to the car.

Go to the remote software upgrade section in general settings and it should do it. You need to be driving the car for a bit for it to download.

Thanks Golty. This is my first upgrade so don't really know the process and don't think it's explained too well on the BMW websites.

I'm going for a long drive tomorrow so I'll try that. Once it's downloaded, how does it install itself (is it automatic)? Does you car need to be stationary / or off for during installation?

Seem to remember when I did mine a few days ago the car had to be switched off and parked up for about 30 minutes whilst the update was carried out and just left alone to do it’s own way thing!

Forget the above! Thought you were on about a software update, me being a senile old sod ( or several bottles of San Miguel!).

Should be similar to speed cameras, just update apps and should be on.

I bought HBA and the speed camera function 4 days ago now…. The speed camera function works but HBA assist still does not! If I press the stalk in car it still tells me the function can be acquired.

I got my car in Feb 2020 and got the service Inclusive black Friday deal last year.

I've just had my first service (oil change) at the start of November, we've only covered 9000 miles since we got the car. I'm planning on keeping the car long term so I'll be covered for a major service and a brake fluid change so should be saving money.

Have you done the software update in the car?

I did it this morning, but that was the first time it offered me the opportunity to do it. Left it updating as I parked at work so hopefully when I leave it'll be working!

Hi Golty thanks, this worked. After selecting the remote software update and then going for a long drive it downloaded the update. After I parked it asked me if I wanted to activate the HBA and it's all installed!

Service Inclusive is not currently available to purchase on the BMW Shop in the UK for your vehicle M340i xDrive.
