Doesnt show up on my app either, but they've taken the money and sent me the "Activation Confirmation" via email, so would have a hard time arguing I didnt have it.
ConnectedDrive website also has it as "booked", and says: "This service is valid for your BMW 330e xDrive until 28/02/2026 or for 100,000 km. "

If you click through on the BMW Shop link on the My Account page in the App you'll see it shown as a booked service.

Looks like it’s not available for me as the car has already had a service. Small print
“The 30% discount on “Service Inclusive –5 years/60,000miles” ** is the first offer if you have not yet purchased Service Inclusive. The Service Inclusive offer applies to new vehicles until the first service and up to a maximum of two years after the vehicle was initially registered” |

Actually not quite bingo yet! The button on the stalk now does nothing…..it doesn't engage HBA and it doesn't tell me that the function is available to be purchased. 🤷🏻*♂️

It shows as £896 for me. I phoned BMW customer services to see if I could get the discounted price (£627) but thry claimed that the £896 price was already with a discount applied. Needless to say I’m not taking the package at that price and frankly rather miffed that they’re being dishonest.

You should have this on the dash, above the other green headlight icons on the left.
It'll only display when the headlights are on though.

......or have they already sold to the first 1000 customers who they say were eligible for the deal? Judging from the offer 'take up' from this forum alone it may well be the case perhaps? |

I've got the initial email confirming the order for service inclusive. Still not seen the money coming out of my account however.

Another way you can see it is in the car in the booked services section with all the other services.
As long as the car shows it as a service and it is linked to the VIN you'll be good. I wasn't asked to show any proof or anything they just did it foc. Obviously worth keeping a screen shot of the offer and the email receipt in case of issues but haven't heard of anytime having any issues with the free service once booked |

Mine must be based on registration date as it expires 28th Feb 2026. I picked the car up on 1st March 2021.

I'd agree with you there Ross, 4 months out is unacceptable and needs an explanation!
Might ring them myself if I get finished with far more important things I've got to do today, on principle alone but like I said above for the sake of a fortnight I'm not really that bothered. |

OK so having finished all the important jobs I had to do today my curiosity got the better of me so I've just rang BMW Customer Service again and another advisor (different to the first one I spoke to a few days ago) has told me the same thing. Namely the 5 Years Service Inclusive package runs from the date of production of the vehicle but he couldn't answer my question at what point in the production process?
Willougs has certainly struck good there...nice one mate! I'm only three weeks out so not that bothered. Ross.....how have you faired on yours? |
