Yeah, definitely one of the faster ways to die. I'd pick the gunshot in the nuts, but I'd rather get ripped completely apart than lose just my manhood. Call me egotistical, but pride>pain.

Exactly what I'd be afraid of. If any of you have had sleep paralysis, it's creepy being paralyzed. Starving while paralyzed sounds like the worse way to die. Way too much time to think. I'd hate watching someone carve me up and not being able to do anything about it either.
