Sunday start s P90X Plus round for me. Should be a lot of fun. I did change it up a bit from the "normal" though as I wanted to keep the legs and back day from P90X in it. Next three weeks should be a blast.

I have had to modify my P90x routine due to constraints at my location (in Iraq at the moment)....so on my cardio days (plyo, yoga, kenpo) I am either playing 2 hours of basketball (plenty of plyo there) or 2 hours of soccer...with at least 15-20 minutes of stretching before each. I hope this will suffice until I can get to a place where I can perform the cardio routines without disturbing the neighbor in the CHU(container housing unit) next to me. Fortunately I have downloaded the other workouts to my ipod touch and just put in some headphones when I go to the gym and do whatever Tony is yelling or screeching at me to do....LOL

Great actually. I've never felt so good in my life, I feel like I'v been reborn lol. I will post my complete 2nd round pics in a couple weeks. My body is transforming everyday. Its wild.

Niiiice...I will be posting up my 2 months results in a couple days....havent lost any weight but I think that is due to me losing fat and gaining muscle at an even (or near even) rate. 5' 9" ~170lbs. Keep it up everyone we have faith in you!

Dead serious!!!! I should add that I did doubles my first time thro to burn the fat and get lean before bulking. And I stuck w/ a strict strict diet. Water only. Protein shake before and after workout. Then every 3hrs after that I have a meal 300-400cal. My last meal would be a protein shake. So 6 meals a day. Half of them which are protein supplements. Weekends eat whatever the F you want!!! Hope this helps anyone out there who needs to burn off that ridic belly fat. KEEP IT UP EVERYONE!!!! I have faith in all of you

Not too much protein. To stay lean and maintain muscle tone you should be eating your body weight in protein. I weigh 160 so I eat 160g of protein. And eat half my body weight in carbs. So 80g of complex carbs. Like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, wholegrain pasta etc etc

Did P90X for a short time last deployment but switched to Insanity berfore leaveing last Dec. Been off and on with it, work schedule eyc, and just finished up the first week back again. I really like both programs and am temped to get P90X and mix both together. For reference I dropped 42 lbs of seriously unneeded weight in 5 months doing P90X then Insanity.
