After these fizzle out....I'm thinking that's when airlines, hotels, etc......come into play. Also probably alcoholic beverage companies as if we ever get out of this....there will be a lot of celebration!

Right now....what I posted earlier. I will be honest with you guys. I have help in this.....scanners and a friend that does this for a living. And he makes a really good living.
As I get stuff from him, I will be glad to post here. But please invest at your discretion. Always do your own research and make your own decisions as he tells me all the time. But I do get "heads up" from him....and he's pretty much on 95% of the time. He will give me entry alerts, but getting out at a certain price is left to me. Now if he thinks it's going to be big....he will tell me you can make 30%, 50%, etc. He is the one that alerted me to Xspa and Seel. Most of his stuff comes about in 4-6 weeks....but some come sooner. Otherwise he tells me when it's a long hold. He may shoot me a text saying you might want to look at this. That's when I hit the website's I posted earlier....and the SEC site to study and make my mind up. But I will glad to throw out stuff I study and get into. Just please do your research as well. And start out with small positions. I am wanting to learn as much as I can from him.....so he throws me hints as I go.

Xspa is a long term hold. They have approximately 47 locations inside major airports that are being converted over to urgent care centers or minute clinics. NYC is the first one. I've linked the job postings on here earlier.
My friend told me that he believes they have an NDA which prohibits PR's at the moment, but they do have a meeting next the end of next week. They are currently trying to partner with someone like abbot labs for a quick Covid test. But even if they don't get that far, they still plan to remodel their business. It could even go through a R/S, but if that occurred it would be in September. They currently have big institutions looking into them. My friend is holding 300K shares of this. As he gives me more info....I will pass it along. I currently have 15K shares. I bought in around .32....then bought more. My average is .39. He manages other people's money....so he's really good at what he does. Keep any eye out on seel and sfet within the next month. Sfet ran big this morning....them dropped as people took profits. Earnings aren't until the 2nd week of June.....so expect to see that stock move as we get close to that date. Seel can go at anytime he told me. They have numerous things ready....and will release them as time goes on. I'm averaged in that one around .71. It's around 1.01 last I checked. So I bought when he initially told me and after I looked at everything they had to offer. So even if I were to leave them now....I would make money just from his advice. But he's recommended that I hold a little while longer. Just can't be too greedy. I will also let people know when I exit what I'm in.

I was just alerted SNCA. It was at .92. After hours it's already up. Now when this guy makes buys....he does influence the price a bit as his group are buying large volumes.
But also remember...never buy pre-market. Once it opens, people will bail and take profits....so wait for a better entry price. Do your own research and he said anything $1.00 and under is good. Volume is rushing in and the reason being below. I will be looking at this one myself harder tomorrow.

So how do capital gain taxes work? If I have gains do I need to submit quarterly? Do I itemize those gains or is it based on account value? I am using TD Ameritrade. Do they send you what you need if you have taxes to be paid?
