My steering wheel has some damage on it from the dealer, they had some third-party leather guy "fix it" and basically I have stuff coming off on my hands constantly and can still feel the scratch. Dealership issues aside, I have some upgraded paddle shifters and I'm thinking of just swapping the wheel.

Problem is, I want to retain the heated steering wheel, so both M Performance wheels are out. I don't like wheels on a streetcar that are entirely alcantara, or aftermarket wheels with goofy displays and shift lights (I have a dash and a HUD, don't need another screen).

Since G80 steering wheels fit G20s and the airbags are the same P/N, could I just get a heated G80 wheel?

I just installed the IAW MP red steering wheel with heat and I am loving it. Its an OEM MP replica. No need to sacrifice what you want with a vast aftermarket of parts. The IAW quality is very good for the price. Stitching and all matches the OEM as well. I also equiped all the paddles and buttons as well.
