This is a test mule people. Stop bitching about mirrors, hood bumps and exhaust!
IMO, the M3's Kung Fu will be strong!

The brakes are not glowing. That's a reflection.

I'm sure this has been laid out many times but I can't find it. When do we believe:
1) production will start on the new M3 2) best guess when we will see the production vehicle in pics heavily considering stepping up to the new M5 but still would much rather the size of my F80. If the new G80 gets the trick AWD (which I believe is all but confirmed, no?) and an interior that gets anywhere close to the quality of the new F90 I may stick to the M3. |

.... seriously though. Nobody should buy a bmw without picking it up in munich in late september. I'm 100% convinced its foolish to purchase in any other manner. |

Nice to see some action!!
But.....what the hell are they doing with this huuuuuge gap on the front wheels....come on BMW, this is a M3 and not the X3…the gap is almost as big (or bigger) as the X3M test mule...just don't get it...a little safety margin...ok....but that much? Others are doing much better in terms of factory stance... |

No worries, I'm totally relaxed!
For sure it is a pre-prod body, but it has to be somewhat near, can not imagine that they do tests and have such a different body later and see that something doesn't fit anymore. Especially space related things... And this was more generall, current M2, M3, M4 are having all huge gaps on the front, only the new M5 has not a bad stance....but as always, my opinion |

470HP, AWD (same as M5) and same weight as current M3, that's been my wish list since getting the F80
Thinking of jumping to SUV but if this all might happen by 2020? |

Looks like a quick glimpse of the new G80 M3 at 8:00min during Nurburgring industry pool testing! Misha Charoudin's youtube channel has some pretty good content!
