Yeah, I have posted a few in the Pictures Forum. The interior was however Black and not Oyster so didn’t take any pics of the interior.

I don’t know. I must be an idiot

Seriously though, it’s everything I want in a car the size I want and with AWD.

Actually, if I spec out an M3 with similar options, it would be about $7000 more.

And it’s an older model.

I’d sure like the option of a manual transmission though.

Don’t forget theses are CANADIAN prices. An M3 is in the high 70000$ base msrp in here.

OP - where did you get this pic? I noticed there are some M Performance parts included - did you select all of them or only some of them? I don't see the carbon fibre spoiler.

Edit - never mind, see that you saw this at a car show. Good catch tho, first set of m performance parts in CAN $.

Apples/Apples, the M3 will always be more expensive than a 3 Series and if you're going to use the price argument, that alone ends the conversation why someone would pick a M340i over a M3. Add the fact that the M340i will generally have more favourable incentives and credits, it makes the cost of a M340i lower than the M3.

We won't even get into the ride quality of the M3, while still compliant as a daily driver, the M340i is a lot more comfortable.

You would have a stronger argument if this was 330 vs M340i because they're a lot closer across the board with the only difference being engine but going from M340i to M3 is a much larger leap and if you're not dead set on a M3, you will likely be setting on a M340i.

how much does it cost to import car from Canada to U.S.?

Why is the BMW M340i about $10,000 cheaper if you buy it in Canada?
