Lead times G20 / G21 Europe?

Mine showed a status code of “195” while it was abord the ship.

Oddly it went back to a status code of “193” once it arrived in country at the arrival port.

Just an update from my dealer. I received a call today and he informed me that the car has been arrived in Germany ( from Mexico) and it has completed the procedure. It is currently on Belgium waiting for cargo to Greece.
So hopefully it will arrive end of march beggining of April.

Moved from 150 to 165 today.. expected delivery date still on the 20th of April.

My G21 M340D has been stuck at the port in Germany for almost 2 weeks now - I do thank the Germans a lot for building it, but they've had it long enough!

Mine was a dealer ordered (spec changeable) car so quite different lead times to normal. Ordered 7th Jan 23.

Finally my car is arriving at the port 21/03 my dealer mentioned I got very lucky as every ship didn't had any delays and the car didn't wait for more than 2 days at port!

Hopefully I will have get it on my hand until end of March

Mjlbakker you are really scaring me. I ordered mine (November 24th), and dealer couldn't tell me anything about the estimated car arriving. If that is the case waiting (up to 10 months) I would have never ordered it, by the time it comes here, I get exhausted of waiting for it.
By this time dealer still does not know anything (still no production date, nor did BMW accept the order), and the worst part is our 10k euro deposit, which I can't pull out, because I will lose that money. So I'm in pat position. Really really disappointed.

I can ease your mind a bit (but only a bit!). Late Friday afternoon the dealer gave a welcome update that we have a new build week (week 24). ETA now moved from July > to November > now back to end of June. Think this is now relatively certain.

Still, ordered in Nov 22, June is still 8 months lead time. But no longer a full year.

Just make sure to check if the dealer has any open build slots otherwise go to another one.

And it’s als worth the wait right!

June is more barable, at least can drive it through summer, and enjoy it more. As soon as I know something I will reply here, just for basic information. Greetings from Hungary!

No certain at all. I have an 318i ordered from 10 June 2022. Now it is april, build date, but was december, febraury then march and now april.

10-11 month an average, if you are not lucky

Understand, there's not much else I can do (I already pushed the dealer mutliple times, and hope they are pushing BMW)...

My car was delayed to 18 may 2023, production date. I'm a bit disappointed, and I try to contact somehow BMW Romania/Germany.
It will be more than a year of something magical will not happened!

What is the Status Code for you now? Already on 112 (planned for production) or still 111 (order accepted)?

Mine is still 111. But production week is now June and no longer Oct (yes this might still be uncertain). But I hope for the best.

Just leaving a comment that I was forced to cancel the order, due to huge waiting time... been to dealer yesterday, and was told the car is not expected earlier than september, and the price rised for 5k euro (just now!), and who knows how much it will rise till then, so I decided to cancel it, and thanfully the limit was exceeded in that case I get the deposit back. And just bought a used (6 months old) M3, and gonna enjoy it for a while!
