I am more worried about the rear end than the grille size.
BMW has been pretty weak on the rear end design lately, starting with 3er and X6. Now we have a better idea on how the rear would look like and it's not that exciting.. |

Looks decent but an i8 looks much better.
And unfortunately the difference between the concept and production is too big: we want these sleek headlights for example but they end up being bloated cf 8 series. If sleek and slender: yes If too many modifications to go into production: no thank you. |

I am not sure if I am the only one but these futuristic looking cars with these weird sharp shapes and large grilles are not my cup of tea.
Must be something for the newer generation Now I sound old |

Everything looks good to me, really. Except for that Mercedes-esque large interior screen sticking out like a sore thumb. That is a trend that should absolutely not catch on.
Beyond that, yeah, alright, I'm game. Curious how close it'll be to the production model. |

Numerous mixed emotions about i4 Concept vehicle.
The grill - let's just table it for now. The interior appears as if it were designed by a team of former eye frame designers. What gives ... The wheels need to be retired as soon as possible. Literally, there is nothing redeeming about the wheels design. Best possible outcome: this vehicle will remain as a concept. |

Revealing a production spec interior would take thunder from the soon to happen 4 series coupe production car reveal. I expect the i4 interior will be only a small deviation from the ICE 4 interior design with a few electric only tweaks |

I actually don’t hate it, the front end is “ok” in my eyes.
I think what all the concepts show, without doubt, is that to have large grilles such as this, the bonnet shut line needs to meet the grilles, it just doesn’t flow at all having the weird BMW shut line straight across the front end.

bmw sais the grills are removable, So when you are going to a picknic you dont have to Carry a barbecue . You have one integrated in your car.

Tesla roadster 2.0, this is how electric cars should look! Just remove the damn grills all together! People don't buy bmw for reliability they buy them for their style and sporty handling something which bmw is losing. If you are going to compete against Elon Musk and his electric empire you need to be able to make sales! I just don't see this going very far.
