It's very bizarre indeed. If not ventilated seats at least give us perforated leather.

Simple answer, shift buyers to higher margin vehicles such as the G30 and above, or leave the roundel for Kia.

I saw this on an X4 M40 at my dealer on Tuesday and immediately wanted it on a car. Wonder if we can get it w/o the red lower dash as seen in the preview shots of the individual interior.

What happened to "technology package" where all these features would be combined into one, maybe two packages. Xénon isn't even standard on the F series.....

Disappointing to say the least. Two different whites are available? No silver, no red interior?

No ventilated seats is just stupid and probably has more to do with a sourcing or manufacturing issue than driving people to a different BMW. Nowadays its easier to list the cars that dont offer ventilated seats than those that do. Its ridiculous.

So using the pricing guide for the 330i, I built a spreadsheet and added up everything. MSRP pricing on the M340i xDrive has already been revealed ($56,995), we don't have pricing for the ZTK package, the 19" 791 wheels (although guess it would be $600), and I didn't see the Wifi pricing on the pricing guide - but the car will be about $70,070 with almost every other option (Metallic Paint, Vernasca Leather, ZDA, ZDY, ZPK, ZPP, Rear Heated Seats, ZPX, ZTK, Remote Start, Adaptive M Suspension, Space Saver Spare, Power Tailgate, HK radio, Wireless charging).

Yikes - if you assume an 8% discount off of MSRP, you're talking $64,464.40 - but I suspect discounts won't be available right away.

Well optioned (Metallic Paint, Leather, ZDA, ZPK, ZPP, Adaptive M, HK Radio) it would MSRP for ~$65,020, 8% off would be $59,818

Not sure if it is worth the price?

I doubt BMW would have different prices for the packages on the m340i, but its possible if what is included is different for each package.

Surprised that ventilated seats aren't an option considering the X3 has it now

ZTK for 8 series is $1850 i suspect the same (Bigger cooling fan , oil cooler, performance tires)
PLus you can get individual paint - Tanzanite or Gray for extra 2 K

so my build is at 71K i do not expect such steep discounts on the fresh highly anticipated car. 2K loyalty and maybe 2-3 K extra so with 12 K miles my lease is in 900 s

Yikes - for $900 you could lease a Giulia Quadrifoglio with 503hp - you could argue the Giulia is not on the same level of luxury / reliability as the BMW, but the Giulia is more on par with an M3 than a M340i.

I'm paying ~$600 (with 0 down) to lease a 340i xDrive with almost every option (with MPPSK, but minus the Track Package), a 50% increase for the m340i is hard to swallow.

I think it's because the vented seats aren't compatible with sports seats. I believe the vented seats in the X3 are standard seats.
