Great looking car and interior. Congratulations, you will love it.

With respect to Lane Assist, I turned mine off initially, but I may try just dialing it back to the lowest setting and see if I can live with it like that. I am only really worried about it triggering in an emergency situation and affecting the way I respond to the emergency.
Same here! I had to make a quick maneuver to avoid getting side swiped, at that point no need to hit the signal since the line on my left was for the shoulder!!

So now I'm fighting with the steering while this moron is approaching me from the right side.

I usually turn it off during highway driving...

Another great video with the Dravit Grey BMW 320d in this case. So much color differences during the drive in South Africa.

Very nice. If that is your car, I congratulate you on your good taste (coming from another Dravit Gray owner!). I really like Dravit with the 791M wheel design.

Good thread. I am looking into a g20 330i and am liking that dravit will coming to this model.

How would you guys describe it vs mineral grey? It looks lighter obviously but what else?

Thanks!

Dravit can sometimes look very similar to MG...usually in darker lighting. But it looks very different in varying light conditions, so it can go from quite a light gray through to almost black. I think MG probably always looks the same type of gray. But the biggest different is the gold metallic flake in Dravit, which really sparkles in the sunshine.

Agreed. Mineral grey doesn't really change much in different light but Dravit is very dynamic. To me it mostly looks like a dark clay flat grey with very subtle olive but with any direct light it has hints of gold. It's probably the best darker grey I have seen and works incredibly well as a modern color on the very modern appearing G20. It's one of those colors that really fits a new era of BMW and German cars in general. Mineral grey is dated and too similar to every other grey car out there IMO, but it is still a nice color that is safe and reliable, and of course $1400 cheaper.

On the money bro, thought I was the only one who saw Olive/army green undertones in direct sunlight. You'll even see brown in certain angles. It's a really unique color, and Im glad I chose Dravit. But you're right in overcast weather or at night, it looks exactly like Mineral Grey. Just a bit more deeper and metallic flakey (if that's a word lol ) I'm coming from a Mineral Grey M4 to a Dravit Grey m340i, for what it's worth.

Dravit Grey looks like one of my favorite BMW Individual Colors - Champagne Quartz Metallic. With Dravit, it looks like BMW put some Nardo/Fashion/Lime Rock Grey into it and voila! I haven't seen Dravit in person yet but it appears to be equally dynamic, and shows several different undertones and colors depending on light condition.

Champagne Quartz Metallic

This seems to be such an interesting color. Light flat gray in the sun, champagne metallic when the sun hits on an angle, and medium/dark flat gray in the shade. It also seems to have tremendous gloss/reflective properties in many shots.

Hi All,

New to BMW and new to this forum. I looked at the car in the attached photos and thought that others may benefit from the pics as they search for their colour. I ordered a 330i in Dravit Grey (not the one in the photos) which should arrive before Christmas. Looking forward to the BMw experience after a decade with Infiniti.

Happy car shopping folks.

This color needs to come to the 330i. Especially since the addtion of the M line removes a vast mojority of the colors from the configurator!

My car is the Gloss Black Splitter because I did not want to spend $1,100 extra for the two tiny peices of carbon on the front splitter that attaches to the front gloss black lip.

I also got the gloss black rocker blades

CF Spoiler

CF Diffuser with Gloss black insert---two pieces

IT LOOKS Insane!!! I will try to update a picture later from my phone

It's crazy how lighting Changes the color of this car. I took this outside at a local dealer. That's why I wasn't sure if it was MG initially.
Mix CF & Carbon Fiber - Then CF the roof with a wrap like I did

I have mine on the lowest possible setting. it will NOT trigger anything or be severe that if affects your driving it just vibrates barely so you know you are going off the road. Its kinda nice driving on the hwy at night if you are getting tired lol.

I did NOT want any of that crap on my car when I purchased it and thought I left all the "safety" items off but apparently all the M340's have this option.

Turn it all the way down to low and give it a shot...its not as bad as I thought it would be

Hi All!

Just bought this incredible car 2 weeks ago. I'm in love, keep finding weak excuses for going for a drive, preferably long ones...

I was extremely lucky with this purchase I think, it was a lot car advertised at the wrong price. I got a very nice deal on it and it has every option I would have specced myself, except two things; black mirror caps and rear-view camera.

Sharing some pictures here taken after a really nice and... shall we say 'spirited'... drive around some country roads in the Stockholm area. Parked it up in some partial shade from some scraggy trees and took some snaps with the phone camera. I'm OBSESSED with this Dravit Grey colour, it looks so different in every setting and light - but always beautiful!
