Which is correct on an xDrive with 19" 792M?

245/35 - all four
or
235/40 - all four
or
None of the above

My car came with the Bridgestone turanza ls100a rft and I am trying to replace with the Pilot Sport 4S.

Apparently 245/35/19 doesn't meet the weight requirements for the car. I ended up ordering 235/40.

Hey guys. Need ur input please! I have 19x8 rims squared NOT staggered but want that staggered look. I’m in the process of ordering tires. Do all the tires have to be the same size? Such as 245/19 all around? Or can I do 275 rear and 245 front? Thinking Michelin pilot sport 4s Thanks!

Ordered 19x8.5 rims (32 mm offset) all around with 245/35 tires, will let you know if there are any rubbing or fitment issues. Tired of staggered tires due to very limited tire rotations.

UPDATE: No rubbing or fitment issues. Front wheels are very close to strut tube but it's not touching. Looks great.

I have 19 squared setup, thinking about swapping out the run flats to ps4s with 235/40 F and 245/40 R, should be fine right?

Curious if you ended up doing this, and if so, did it work out well?

I have the 19 squared setup with the skinny 225/40s and was thinking about bumping it up to 235 or 245 all around or 235/40 front and 245/40 rear.

If you order the non RFT summer tires with the M340 xdrive do you get the staggered setup with the Michelin PS4S tires?

Hi,
My '20 M340 Xdrive came with Pirelli PZero RFT:
• Front: 225/40 R19.
• Rear: 255/35 R19

I intend to replace with same sized non-RFT Michelin A/S 3+ (or 4+)

This non-square setup seems to working quite well

HI Barry, sorry for quoting an old post but you've had those tires for about a year now. Any rubbing with those 40 series tires? I'm getting the same setup as you. Thanks

Have the thin 225s squared runflats but wanting to replace for a bit better handling and hold onto the runflats for the lease return. I put on the Michelin PS4S on my f30 and was really happy with them.

So for the G20 I'm wondering if i should do a staggered 225/40 front and 255/35 rear like i had on my f30 or if I should do a squared set up. Any tips from those of you who like to take your car on some fun drives?

Zero rubbing and feels and looks way better.
Use the exact sizes I did as there are no issues with AWD

No issues with rubbing even at full lock? You mind posting some pics so we can see how the 245s look on the 8" wheel?
I posted pics on the thread a while back. Would have to go digging in my phone to find. See if you can find that thread.
Zero rub until I added spacers. They will rub a little with 12mm up front.

And Barry...is your car on stock suspension? I pulled the trigger on the 245s and I already bought some 13mm spacers... Was the rubbing while turning?

Are you happy with the 235/40 squared? Im leasing so really don't want to buy a set of rear wheels just to do the 255. Trying to see if I should do 225 squared or if 235/40 might be the answer

Rubbing only on full lock in reverse

Finally all done! Just put 13mm spacers on all 4. Also, running 245/40/19. I'll see in a few days if it rubs too much.
